1. The subject of the order is: Renovation of the bridge over the drainage ditch along the provincial road No. 809 in the town of Rudka Gołębska, at km 23+735. The condition of the facility will meet the technical and operational requirements required for facilities along provincial roads. The scope of works includes: - carrying out measurement works on linear earthworks together with preparing an as-built geodetic inventory; - performance of demolition and preparatory works, - renovation of the supporting structure; - renovation of supports; - adjusting the road grade to the bridge grade; - reconstruction of sidewalks on the access to the facility and curbs on the access using new materials; - completion of roadside additions; - installation of road traffic safety devices; - reconstruction of road markings; - execution of finishing works. The detailed scope of works is included in the design documentation, temporary and permanent traffic organization design, STWiORB and in the bill of quantities constituting an auxiliary part of determining the quantity of works. The bill of quantities is of an auxiliary nature. Before submitting an offer, the contractor is obliged to carefully check the quantity of works against the design documentation. Due to the fact that the works contract is a lump sum contract, if a larger number of works occur in any item during the works, they cannot be considered additional works requiring additional remuneration. The possible absence of certain works necessary to be performed on the basis of the design documentation in the bill of quantities or in the Bid Cost Estimate template does not release the Contractor from the obligation to perform them on the basis of the design documentation at the contract price.
