Description & Project Overview
Abatement of hazardous building materials; removal of all building and site infrastructure to just below grade; and restoration of site to be free of hazards and unsightly conditions. This RFP is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to the Submission Deadline that they are prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following categories: Schedule H - Buildings General Contractor; OR Schedule H - Demolition Contractor To view the list of pre-qualified contractors, visit www.calgary.ca/prequalification Submission Instructions: Instructions: - RFP documents should be obtained from SAP Business Network. - Proposals are to be submitted via the SAP Business Network portal found at supplier.ariba.com. - Suppliers must register on the Ariba portal to submit a proposal. - Hard copies will not be accepted. - Failure to submit via SAP Business Network will result in a non-compliant submission. Bid Security & Bonds: Consent of Surety to furnish a contract performance bond and labour and material payment bond upon award each for 50% of the Price Submission.
