Contract Description
The contract is performed as a unit price contract, where the unit is the emptying time of the collection device. Clearance prices must include all expenses arising from emptying and transport operations. The contractor must comply with the waste law and regulation, as well as others in addition to the relevant legislation, municipal waste management regulations. The tenderer is required to have familiarized himself with the contract area he is offering.
