Medicines for the cardiovascular system Part no. 4: C01CA24 adrenaline for parenteral administration
Required package: 1 ampoule with a content corresponding to 1 mg of the drug In the indication: • cardiac arrest - toning of the myocardium during cardiopulmonary resuscitation, fine-wave ventricular fibrillation resistant to defibrillation shock; • failure of the peripheral blood circulation with sufficient filling of the blood stream (low-output syndrome); • anaphylaxis, anaphylactic and endotoxin shock, bronchospasm, angioedema; • for vasoconstriction during local anesthesia, to limit capillary bleeding, to decongest the mucous membranes. Expected fulfillment is 8,460 ampoules containing 1 mg of the drug in registered medicines during the contract period of 2 years.
