OP 22 Set for extraction of viral RNA from plasma, serum, urine and other bodily fluids. Includes the following minimum components: centrifugal columns, 2 ml collecting test tubes, licking buffer, two washing buffers, eluting buffer and carrier RNA. Isolation of RNA must be based on silicon-membrane technology. Allows for manual sampling by centrifugation or vacuum. Starting quantity of sample material at least 140 μl. Packaging of at least 250 tests. - 250 tests
