Bulgaria – System and support services – Абонаментна поддръжка и доставка на допълнителни услуги и лицензи на приложни програмни продукти, изграждащи болничната информационна система (БИС) на УМБАЛСМ „Н. И. Пирогов“ ЕАД, за срок от 2 години

The services subject to the order are as follows: Subscription support of the following specialized software products: Gamma CODMASTER, Gamma CALC, Gamma CONT, Gamma MULTILAB, Gamma MULTILAB-KAAV, Gamma STOR, Gamma STOR-verification, Gamma mSTOR, Gamma mDOCTOR, Gamma SESPA Link, Gamma FU Link, Gamma Admin, Gamma COMPETITOR, Gamma DIETS, Gamma SCHEDULES, Gamma Patient Portal, Gamma PACS link/connection with PACS in the systems/devices specified by the Contracting Authority (the hospital information system of UMBALSM "NI. Pirogov" EAD), for which the Contracting Authority has acquired the right to use, as well as for additional licenses acquired in the course of the contract. Subscription support includes: a/ consultations and assistance in the operation of the Software products used by the Contracting Authority, which are provided remotely, without on-site visits, every working day for the duration of the contract from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; b/ elimination of hidden program errors (BUGS) and, if necessary, database malfunctions that occurred as a result of them; c/ provision of amended and supplemented versions (updates) of the system and a description of the changes in the existing functionalities of the used Software products, by publishing them on the Contractor's web page, so that they are available to the Contracting Authority. d/ provision of amended and supplemented versions (updates) of the system and a description of the changes in the existing functionalities of the used Software products, in connection with improvements in the work of the Software products, including additions to the functionality, introduced at the unilateral initiative of the Contractor, by publishing them on the WEB page of the Contractor, so that they are available to the Contracting Authority; e/ Establishing the existence of a process for regularly archiving the databases of the Program Products maintained by the Contracting Authority (without examining its completeness, structure and integrity) and providing consultation on the organization and/or improvement.
