Description & Project Overview
With the support of an external team of consultants, the client has begun to introduce Microsoft (MS) M365 and MS Azure for full use at a social insurance provider. An experienced and efficient external consulting team is required to continue the configuration and support of our specialist departments. The calculated total volume for 4 years is €2,000,000 (net) and is aimed at the complete system configuration and support from our specialist departments. This represents the maximum amount that can be fallen below and exceeded to the extent legally permissible without legal consequences. A framework contract for two years is to be concluded for the services in this tender, with two options for extension for a further year each. The quantities mentioned are intended for guidance only and serve as a basis for providers to create an offer.
