The present appeal seeks to conclude the mandate of the audit body for the verification of the annual accounts of the General Hospital in accordance with Article 44 of the Law on the Organisation of Public Law Institutions (LOIDP) and concerns: - The ordinary control of the general Hospitals annual accounts; - The control over the existence of a system of internal control relating to the processes and measures which guarantee a regular maintenance of the accounts and an adequate financial report, in conformity with NA-CH 890;- The summary examination of the five funds affected by the balance of the general hospitals (Fonds Mon Havre, Tissot, Conradi-Perrard, Peugeot, Fonds social).
