Contract Description
The subject of procurement is "Upgrading the ERP system of business applications of HOPS and GIS system" in accordance with the DoN, especially the Technical Specification (Description of the subject of procurement) and the Cost List. If the Bidder does not submit an offer that does not fully meet the needs of the Client specified in the Description of the procurement item (Technical Specification), i.e. an offer that offers the provision of services that clearly do not meet the needs of the Client in relation to the requested procurement item, such an offer will be rejected.
