Amendment 0003:
1) answers vendor-submitted questions
2) corrects error on adm building frequency chart. floor care frequencies were previously omitted for the single occupancy office space.
3) adds a drawing of the adm building layout to the frequency chart
4) removes frequencies for the garage and storage areas at the adm building. these areas do not require any janitorial service. this is a change from the q&a on amendment 0002.
5) removes frequencies for sidewalks/grounds from both locations. these services will not be required.
please note that “j-5 mvy frequency chart” has been updated as of this amendment. ensure that you are referring to the attachment titled “j-5 mvy frequency chart updated with amendment 0003”.

this acquisition is set aside for small business concerns.
the principal north american industry classification system (naics) code applicable to the effort is:
561720 – janitorial services, with the size standard of $22 million
the resulting award will be a firm fixed price contract with a base plus four option years. period of performance begins 1/1/27.

contractors must be registered with the system for award management (sam,) www.sam.gov on the date established for receipt of offers. reference ams clause 3.3.1-33, paragraph (d), if the offeror does not become registered in the sam database in the time prescribed by the contracting officer, the contracting officer may proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered offeror.
