Description & Project Overview
1. The subject of the order is the supply of spare parts for the SA132 rail bus, the type, description and delivery conditions of which are specified in Annex No. 2.1 and in Annex No. 4 (Contract template) to the SWZ. 2. The offered parts must: - strictly comply with the requirements specified in Annex 2.1 to the SWZ, - be original, brand new, free from defects, meet the appropriate quality requirements and the requirements of European standards or Polish Standards transposing European standards, and not encumbered with the rights of third parties, - meet the requirements specified in the Contract Template. 3.
