The subject of the Tender Documentation (TD) is the recurring supply of special medical material within the meaning of the provisions of Section 2 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on Medical Devices and In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices (hereinafter referred to as MD). Specifically, the subject of the TD is the recurring supply of short-term mechanical circulatory support sets including the required accessories (hereinafter referred to as Medical Material, Medical Devices or MD) for Krajská nemocnice Liberec, a.s., Department of Interventional Cardiology, in accordance with the TD for a period of 2 years. The performance also includes the free loan of 2 units of the short-term mechanical circulatory support system control units including associated accessories for a period of 24 months. The Loan Agreement Template is Annex No. 6 to the TD.
