National contract notice: Rental and purchase of air cleaning equipment
The city of Vantaa requests offers for renting and purchasing air purifiers. The object of the procurement is Indoor air cleaning equipment for rent and purchase for public spaces, such as school and kindergarten facilities, offices, archives, auditoriums, etc.
Subscribers mainly purchase rental equipment, and a small number of equipment will be purchased for their own. Air purifiers are used as a temporary solution to manage indoor air problems as a measure to ensure use. Air purifiers must be intended for this purpose. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in Appendix 2 Service description of the request for tender.
The competition is carried out using an open procedure, based on which the three (3) bidders with the most points in the comparison are selected as framework suppliers in order of priority.
The procurement is tendered as a joint procurement so that the city of Vantaa publishes a call for tenders. Based on the competition, contracts with the same content, according to the draft contract (appendix 1), will be concluded for the city of Vantaa, the city of Kauniainen and the welfare area of Vantaa and Kerava. Procurement units also make their own decisions.
Purchases can be made based on the agreements made with the city of Vantaa by all industries of the city of Vantaa as well as Vantaa Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy, VTK Kiinteistöt Oy-konserni, VAV Yhtymä Oy, VAV Asunnot Oy, VAV Palvelukodit Oy, VAV Hoiva-asunnot Oy, Hakopolun Liikekiinteistö Oy, Kiinteistö Oy Hakucenter, Kiinteistö Oy Vantaan Maakotkantie 10, Pallastunturintie Liikeinteistö Oy and Asunto Oy Vantaan Katrinarinne.
Under the same conditions, the contract supplier can offer its products and services to the following group operators of the city of Vantaa: Vivamus Kiinteistöt Oy and Kiinteistö Oy Vantaan Sote-tilat.
The contract period is two (2) years, after which the contract can be extended with two (2) one (1) year options (1+1).
The procuring unit does not commit to the values in euros stated in the tender documents or certain estimated procurement quantities during the contract period.
