Contract Description
1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity in the period from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027 to facilities belonging to Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o. o. being in tariff groups: 1) B23 - 3 objects, 2) C21 - 2 objects, 3) C12A - 7 objects, 4) C11 - 69 objects. 2. The Contractor will additionally be obliged to repurchase surplus electricity generated in micro-installations (photovoltaic power plants + hydroelectric power plants) that the Ordering Party owns.
