The purpose of the public contract is to conclude a Framework Agreement for a period of three years with one selected supplier. The subject of the concluded Framework Agreement will be the provision of services in the field of external communication of the Railway Administration, the Construction Administration of High-Speed ​​Lines with the aim of ensuring support for communication and communication activities for the purpose of supporting the project of preparation for the construction and construction of sections RS 1 and RS 2 of high-speed lines in the Czech Republic through public relations and public affairs activities.
