Description & Project Overview
Metro South Hospital and Health Service seeks a suitably qualified contractor to design, supply, install, commission, and certify a replacement operable louvre system, or propose a suitable and compliant alternative solution. The intent of the project is to: Replace the existing damaged & non-functioning operable louvre system. An increased level of durability with the new solution. Ensure compliance to all relevant standards, codes, and legislation. Provide an appropriate long-term and low maintenance solution for the building environment and condition. Improve the overall appearance of the building façade within the scope of the project. Reduce the risk to staff, patients, and members of the public due to projectile hazards and slips/trips/falls along external staff walkway. Expected project completion by 30 June 2027.
