1. Physical security (armed and unarmed) of objects of the Municipality of Kazanlak in a time range, according to a weekly schedule, weapons and personal protective equipment, detailed in the List of objects for security of the Municipality of Kazanlak, which should include: Providing the necessary number of security guards to cover the specified time and schedule, with the specified weapon/PPE; To provide routes (walks) that should be carried out by their security guards during on duty, so that they cover the entire site; To provide technical systems for communication, including established system for control and verification of received signals; To ensure a reaction of a mobile team in case of violations, crisis situations and others. At least a radio station and a mobile phone should be used as means of communication; the reaction time for a registered signal from security guards and the technical system should be up to 3 minutes. 2. Technical security and response with a specialized car patrol at municipal sites according to a list, incl. design, supply, installation, use and maintenance of signaling equipment and/or video surveillance of the sites: Security is carried out with signaling equipment and/or video surveillance, connected to a 24-hour operational duty center for monitoring the participant, where all received signals are monitored and registered, and violations are checked and prevented by specialized car patrols and for a maximum specified response time. The requirements for the technical security by types of objects are described in detail in the List of objects for protection of the Municipality of Kazanlak. The participant must build at his own expense a new alarm and security system and/or a video surveillance system in the objects.
