Market description This contract is a framework agreement relating to the supply of gas and electricity for the benefit of the contracting authority. The framework agreement is concluded with a single economic operator. All execution conditions are set upon conclusion of the framework agreement. However, the “supply” component of the price is determined in whole or in part during execution via a progressive price setting mechanism (“clicks”), in accordance with the terms defined in the specifications.
