Croatia – Fuel-tanker trucks – Kamioni cisterne za gorivo i mazivo

Procurement of goods, tanker trucks for fuel and lubricants, through financial leasing for a period of 5 years, in accordance with the provisions of the Leasing Act (Official Gazette 141/13). The leasing facilities are described in the tables of technical specifications that are an integral part of this documentation. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 51, Paragraph 2 of the Leasing Act, in this procurement procedure, the Lessor participates in the selection of the leasing object and the supplier of that leasing object and, accordingly, bears all the rights and obligations arising therefrom.
