The Utrecht Courthouse was completed in 2000 and is a composition of various new construction parts and 2 existing buildings, namely building part H (built in 1903) and building part G (built in 1893/national monument). Since 2017, an integrated maintenance and redesign program has been in place and is being implemented in 4 phases. This tender concerns phase 4a, the Security Measures project. This project covers all building parts of the courthouse with the exception of building part H (the perimeter of building part H is within the scope). Surface area: approximately 38,000 m2 gross floor area
