VZW O.L.-Vrouw van Troost wishes to focus on the renewal of its hospital infrastructure on the Zele campus and is therefore looking for the most suitable architectural firm/engineering firm within the framework agreement. The new construction should strengthen our regional presence. The construction assignment for the Zele campus concerns a new construction project with the main functions: outpatient activity - medical imaging (RX and CT) and low-care dialysis center. Construction budget 10 million euros incl. VAT, incl. demolition of main building, incl. exterior construction and utility connections, excl. price revision and excl. fees. Commissioning of building and exterior construction by the end of 2028. Demolition and exterior construction of existing building following commissioning of new building. The current construction budget includes new construction - parking spaces and subsequent demolition of the existing campus.
