SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF ELEVATOR EQUIPMENT FOR A PERIOD OF 24 MONTHS, INSTALLED AND LOCATED ON THE TERRITORY OF Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich UMBAL JSC WITH THE VALUE OF SPARE PARTS INCLUDED SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF ELEVATOR EQUIPMENT FOR A PERIOD OF 24 MONTHS, INSTALLED AND LOCATED ON THE TERRITORY OF Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich UMBAL JSC WITH THE VALUE OF SPARE PARTS INCLUDED
The object of the public procurement is the provision of subscription service maintenance and repair of elevator systems for a period of 24 months, installed and located on the territory of UMBAL Prof. Dr. StoyanKirkovich AD, Stara Zagora is the provision of services for subscription service maintenance and repair of 14 /thirteen/ pieces of elevator equipment, installed and located on the territory of UMBAL Prof.Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich JSC, for a period of 24 months. The subject of the order includes the following activities: maintenance of the elevators accepted for service in technical condition; emergency responsesituations, incl. and when there are passengers left in the cabin; immediate, written notification to the contracting authority of the need to carry out repair work in case of detected malfunctions;providing 24-hour service for the elevators, including: releasing passengers in the event of an emergency stop of the cabin, providing assistance in the event of accidents and accidents, stopping the elevators in case of technicalmalfunctions under Art. 10, para. 1 of the Ordinance on safe operation and technical supervision of elevators; cleaning the machine room and ensuring safe conditions for cleaning the bottom ofthe shaft of waste and water, as well as the roof of the cabin; performance of all necessary actions, according to the Ordinance for safe operation and technical supervision of elevators, incl. and those under Art. 9from the cited ordinance; at least 4 /four/ visits per month, with each visit carrying out functional checks, technical supervision, preventive examinations, technical maintenance and adjustments,which are necessary to maintain the equipment in technical working order; additional visits (duty on weekends and holidays) - when the elevator is stopped. The public contract is not awarded tospecific positions. The subject of this public procurement is the provision of services, which by its nature and volume cannot be divided. The public procurement does not imply the performance ofseparate services from separate contractors, which is why, in view of the main objective of the PLO to achieve efficiency in spending public funds, it is not appropriate to divide it intospecific positions, since the optimal result for the performance of the service is aimed. The estimated cost for subscription support of the public procurement for a period of 24 months is 72,000 euros without VAT. Onbasis with Art. 116, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act and in the event that by the date of expiry of the contract with the selected contractor a new contract has not been concluded with a contractor under a public procurement, the term ofthe current contract can be extended up to 6 months and its value can be increased by up to 50%. Given this option and on the basis of Art. 21 of the Law on Public Procurement (PLA), in conjunction with Art. 5, para. 2from PPZOP, the total estimated value of the public procurement, together with the stated value for admissible contract amendment cannot exceed EUR 108,000 without VAT. The contracting authority provides for the termof the execution of the order that the value of the spare parts invested in the repair of all elevators does not exceed 118,000 euros without VAT. In the event that during the performance of the contract the value ofthe spare parts is exhausted, on the basis of Art. 116, para. 1, item 1 of the Civil Code, in conjunction with Art. 21 of the Civil Code, in conjunction with Art. 5, para. 2 of PPZOP, the value of spare parts can be increased by up to 50% fromspecified or with an amount up to 59,000 euros excluding VAT. The total estimated value of the spare parts for the period of execution of the order, together with the option under Art. 116, para. 1, item 1 of the ZOP, is 177,000 euros exclДДС. Deadline:The term for the execution of the public procurement is 24 (twenty-four) months, counted from the date of signing the contract. Place of performance - place of performance of the services subject to the publicorder are buildings of UMBAL Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich JSC. Bid validity period: The bid validity period is 180 days from the deadline for receipt of bids.
