The purpose of the Tender is to enter into a new Framework Agreement for the provision and management of Standard Software (licenses), including all services related to the delivery of Standard Software. Under the Framework Agreement to be concluded, the contracts with the various Vendors are concluded on the basis of a Further Assignment. The current turnover of the Standard Software is approximately € 1,500,000 excl. VAT per year. The contracting authority sets the maximum contract value for the maximum contract duration of this Framework Agreement at € 6,000,000 excl. VAT.
