The purpose of the contract is to build DSTW based on the EULYNX specifications of Baseline 4.4 (or equivalent) or higher and existing X25oRaSTA interfaces. The services to be provided by the future framework partners will consist of the Central Units Data Centre, Security Services Platform, Network, Power Supply, Object Controllers and External Facility. The existing infrastructure of the Operating Centres, Radio Block Center and Railway Intersection Plans will be delivered to DSTw. The planned target architecture will include two to three georegundant Receptors for the DSTT Central Units (DSWZE).The projected target architecture envisages two to three georeferenced data centres each with servers for the DSTW Central Units (DSTW-ZE), the object controllers (OCs) being decentralised and connected to the DTSW-ZE via the network connection using the EULYNX interfaces (SCI, SSI, SMI, SDI) of Baseline 4 or higher.
