This award note documents the intended order change to the existing contract “Increasing Speed in Schleswig-Holstein Package 2 Lot 1” (GESH2-L1) between DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH and the state of Schleswig-Holstein. For the route 1113 Bad Schwartau Waldhalle – Lübeck-Travemünde Strand (1st construction stage), DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH prepared the draft plan (EP) and handed it over to NAH.SH for review. After the EP was completed by DB E&C, additional test notes were specified by DB InfraGO and NAH.SH, which lead to an update of the cost plan and other planning documents, as well as the effort required to incorporate the test notes.
