Hiring of specialized services to facilitate the holding of concert seasons by the Claudio Santoro National Theater Symphony Orchestra. The contract currently in force no longer meets the needs of the Claudio Santoro National Theater Symphony Orchestra – OSTNCS in terms of quantity, quality and diversity of services required, which is why there is no interest in its renewal, requiring a new contract. The new solution must include services essential to carrying out the Orchestra's activities and presentations, including: chargers for moving instruments, equipment and materials; box truck with adequate capacity and hydraulic ramp for safe transportation of equipment and cases in external presentations; passenger vehicles for transporting guest conductors and soloists; hosting in different categories, depending on the profile and relevance of the invited artists; graphic designer for creating and editing visual communication materials; specialized roadies/assemblers for assembling and dismantling stages, instruments and equipment, preferably with team continuity due to the specialization and familiarity required by the service; lighting technician for installation, preparation and operation of equipment and light tables; and specialized piano transportation, with insurance coverage. The hiring is justified by the insufficiency of resources currently available at SECEC, including the lack of specialized professionals on its staff for certain activities. The services are essential for the proper execution of OSTNCS programming, especially given the increase in external presentations and the participation of maestros, soloists and other high-profile guest artists, guaranteeing safety, technical quality and appropriate conditions for the concerts.
