1. The subject of the order is: 1.1 transport of persons for haemodialysis procedures performed at the Dialysis Station of the Roman Ostrzycki Consolidated Hospital in Konin from their place of residence to the Dialyz Station of Roman Otrzycki Compolidated War Hospital in konin at 45 Spitalna and back and assistance in carrying out dialysis activities related to transport, e.g. boarding, disembarkation, etc.; 1.2 transport of people from the Dialyse Station of Dr. Roman Ostracki Conzolidated Medical Hospital in Conin at the Hospital 45 to transplantation centres throughout the country (Poland) - Subject to the requirements of the Order, and Conditions of Implementation 2.3. The contracting authority does not allow the possibility of partial bidding because the scope of the contract is possible for the execution of the order by one Contractor. The absence of division does not restrict competition on the market or impede the availability of the procurement. The award of the part contract would involve an increase in costs for the Contractor, technical difficulties and difficulcies in coordinating the activities of the various Contractors carrying out the contract.or a subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing the activities specified by the contracting authority in the performance of the contract, if the performance thereof consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Law of 26 June 1974 Labour Code (i.e. the 2025 Act, paragraph 277 of the latter), including in particular persons designated to perform the subject-matter of the Contract in the field directly related to the transport of persons, i.e., the work of drivers (driving activities, assistance in getting into and out of a vehicle).the transport of persons on the dialysis are services for a specific purpose.
