The Government of the Republic of Burundi got a Donation from the International Development Association (IDA) to finance the cost of Project Support for Digital Economy Foundations (PAFEN) . It is expected that part of the sums granted under this financing will be used to make the payments planned under the Contract relating to the “c onception, Development, Integration, Deployment and Commissioning of the National Portal for access to public e-government services (e-Government Portal) 2. The Project Management Unit of PAFEN hereby invites Proposers from eligible countries to submit Proposals under closed cover, for “the design, Development, Integration, Deployment and Commissioning of the National Portal for access to public e-government services (e-Government Portal)”. 3. The objective of the MFBEN is to operationalize a comprehensive, secure, citizen-centric and sustainable national electronic portal for the Republic of Burundi, enabling unified digital access to public services for citizens, residents and businesses. The specifications contained in this Request for Proposals describe the business needs and the functional and technical requirements for “Design, Development Deployment and commissioning an electron portal
