Contract Description
The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement will be the provision of mobile voice and data services of electronic communications and all related activities through a mobile operator (hereinafter referred to as "telecommunications services") and according to the needs and requirements of the contracting authority.
