Supply of fruit and vegetables to the needs of childrens schools in the territory of the municipality of Svishtov by separate items Delivery of canned goods, confectionery, marmalades and nectaries for the needs of childrens establishments in the territory of the municipality of Svishtov 3 380 kg and 2 780 l. Deliveries shall be made on an established schedule, by 7:00 a.m. from the children s warehouse, twice a week after the submission of a written application (by mail, courier or by a representative of the Contracting Party) one day before the day of delivery of the necessary quantities of goods by authorised persons from the said children tents. Delivery for each type of food/stuff shall comply with the requirements of the categories of food supplies specified in the technical specification. Each delivery shall be accompanied by a document confirming the production of the relevant product and the period of delivery thereof. The manufacturer shall certify the fulfilment of all the relevant standards and standards of production, and shall not be bound by the relevant provisions of the contract, and the relevant food and feed requirements shall be complied with in the relevant period of the manufacturers contract, the relevant rules and the provisions of food and bearing containers and the product quality and the requirements in the respective product shall be notified to the relevant regulatory and regulatory authorities of the Member States.
In connection with the implementation of Regulation No N-1 of 23 July 2024 on the environmental requirements for certain products for the public procurement of products: apples for the needs of childrens establishments in the territory of the municipality of Svishtov (General Decree No 64 of 30.07.2024, in force from 14.08.2024), the contracting authority establishes this separate position for the supply of organic foodstuffs fruits: appels. The subject of that separate position is the supply to organic food products - fruits: apple for the requirements of children in public procurements in the municipaity of Svistov 1 200 kg.
