The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate located in the Toszek Commune and the creation and operation of a selective collection point for municipal waste. The Ordering Party in accordance with Art. 95 section 1-2 of the Public Procurement Act, requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment contract, persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract in the position of: 1) a driver with a license to drive category B vehicles, 2) a driver with a license to drive category C vehicles.
