The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement. The contracting authority concludes the framework agreement with one supplier. The subject of the partial public contracts is the supply of rails of shapes (profiles) 49E1, 60E2 and R65 made of steel class R260 to the organizational units of the contracting authority in the territory of the Czech Republic to ensure the operability of the railway transport route, for the repair and maintenance of tracks according to the requirements of the organizational units of the contracting authority, or also for investment actions according to the needs of the contracting authority.
