This public procurement provides for the selection of a contractor for the delivery of heating fuel for the needs of the Municipality of Smyadovo and its structures. Name of the goods: heating fuel - gas oil for PCC with S content - up to 0.1%, /or equivalent diesel fuel with which the buyers heating system is adapted to work/. Additional characteristic: The fuel must meet the quality requirements, according to the Ordinance on requirements for the quality of liquid fuels, the conditions, order and method of their control, adopted by PMS No. 156/15.07.2003 (SG, No. 66 of 2003), amended. and add. with SG No. 40 of 16.05.2025, in force from 16.05.2025. Estimated quantities, technical characteristics and requirements of the contracting authority are described in detail in the attached Technical Specification. The subject of the public procurement is assigned to a commodity exchange, according to a list approved by an act of the Council of Ministers according to the rules of the relevant exchange. The contract for this order will be concluded through an exchange intermediary under the terms and conditions set forth in the stock exchange rules of the Sofia Stock Exchange JSC, according to the Technical Specification. after the entry into force of the Decision to open the procedure under the lowest price criterion.
