2.1. The subject of the order is the delivery of one vehicle for rescue operations by the Przemysłów Volunteer Fire Department. A medium rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with equipment that meets performance and safety standards. 2.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 2.3. The contractor is obliged to submit a description of the offered subject of the contract along with the offer - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Failure to submit the document will result in rejection of the offer from the procedure in question due to the inability to verify the offered subject of the contract with the requirements of the Ordering Party. 2.4. CPV code: 34144210-3 - fire trucks, 35110000-8 - fire-fighting, rescue and safety equipment 2.5. The Ordering Party requires that the car offered for delivery be brand new, free from third party rights. It must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, including the requirements for emergency vehicles. 3. The ordering party does not impose the requirement referred to in Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the employment by the Contractor or subcontractor of persons performing activities during the execution of the order under an employment contract, as there are no activities involving the performance of work in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code. 4. In the case of this procedure, the Ordering Party refrained from dividing the contract into parts because it decided that it was not possible to divide the contract into parts. Splitting the contract would result in excessive costs of contract execution or would require excessive simultaneous involvement of human resources to coordinate the activities of various contractors implementing individual parts of the contract, which could jeopardize its proper execution. The entire subject of the order consists of one car with compatible, specialized equipment. 5. The task entitled: Purchase of a medium-sized rescue and fire-fighting car for the Volunteer Fire Department in Przemysłowo is carried out under a subsidy agreement from the Chąśno Commune, and the Ordering Party submitted an application for co-financing from WFOŚIGW in Łódź under the Priority Program Strengthening the readiness of Volunteer Fire Department units - purchase of rescue and fire-fighting cars. At the same time, the Ordering Party reserves, in accordance with Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Act, that if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it, and the possibility of invalidating the procedure on this basis is provided for in the contract notice - in the procedure conducted under open tender, it will invalidate the public procurement procedure.
