Competition for offers No. 53/KŚZ/26 for the provision of health services by a midwife within the Milk Bank of the City Hospital in Ruda Śląska Sp. z o. o. Package I
1. Package I - provision of health services by a midwife/midwife in the position of Coordinating Midwife/Coordinating Midwife within the Milk Bank, Lactation Educator within the Milk Bank or, if necessary, within the Neonatology Department of the Municipal Hospital in Ruda Śląska Sp. z o. o., coordinator of projects in the field of e-health services. The midwife providing the service must have a masters degree in midwifery with the required specialization in nursing or in a field applicable to health care. 2. The Ordering Party guarantees the Order Acceptor to provide health services for a minimum of 168 hours a month. As part of package I, the Ordering Party allows the selection of 1 (one) most advantageous offer that will meet all the conditions required by the Ordering Party. 3. The detailed work schedule is specified in the Milk Banks work schedule applicable to the Ordering Party and is prepared in advance for each month. The ordering party reserves the right to change the schedule, but no later than 3 days before the start of a given month. The schedule is approved by the Coordinating Midwife/Coordinating Midwife within the Milk Bank and the Director of Nursing and Patient Care. 4. In accordance with the Act of May 13, 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crimes, the contracting party will, during the examination of offers, check whether the Tenderer is not listed in the Register of Sexual Offense Perpetrators. If the offer of the Order Acceptor is included in such a register, it will be rejected. 5. Standards for the protection of minors are available on the Hospitals website at: www.szpitalruda.pl 6. Each Bidder applying to conclude a contract may submit only one offer.
