Description & Project Overview
Delivery “free to the point of use”, installation and commissioning of a Cz growing system for growing oxide single crystals. In addition: provision of documentation, acceptance (factory and final acceptance), service in the event of a fault. The system enables the growth of oxide single crystals, in particular Ga₂O₃, from the melt using the Czochralski process. Crystal diameters from 15 mm to a maximum of 100 mm (4 inches) and crystal weights from 60 g to 5 kg are achieved. The crystal growth process takes place in a double-walled, water-cooled chamber made of stainless steel
