The subject of the contract is the replacement of natural gas valves for the KPMG Mogilno (Palędzie Dolne, 88-300 Mogilno) technology plant, hereinafter referred to as The subject of contract. The subject matter of the procurement includes in particular: 1 development and agreement of technical documentation, 2 supply of equipment and materials (hereinafter Produkty), in particular valves, understood as?? valve with actuator (herein referred to Zawry), 3 dismantling robots, installation, welding and installation machines, 4 pressure tests and non-destructive testing of the working assemblies for the installation elements, 5 tests of the ordered armature, 6 production of working documentation together with the actuator, 7 other working materials covered by the contract.built on the technological facilities of Gas Storage Poland Sp. z o.o. located in KPMG Mogilno, which are located in the following parts of the installation: 1 GASSUSHING STATION (D. 20) GASSABSORBING STATES (6 st.), 2 GASSE POMIAR STATIONs (D.) POMMAR STATes (8 st.), 3 GASES OCTOM STATS (D) FLOAT Filters (5 st.). The scope of the work covered by the order includes the delivery, provision of services and the execution of the plant-works which are specified in the Order as the OPPO (hereinafter referred to as the OPPO), the Annex to the Order (D.1), the Technical Annex to Annex to that Order (Annex to the OPCOM) OPT. The planned number of individual actions to be carried out under the Subject of the contract is set out in the OPT and in the Pricing Form, which is Annex 3 to the TPP.
