Supply of diesel fuel and diesel fuel 10 ppm and for the navigation needs of the NIC Akademik, IO-BAN, Varna, under separate headings Supply of diesel fuel 10 ppm for vessels
The subject of separate heading No 2 shall be fulfilled by periodic deliveries of diesel fuel to vessels with a projected volume of 300 000 litres. Delivery time and place of delivery: Origin: Republic of Bulgaria, EU and imports from other countries. Transport and packaging: Transport is organised by the seller on the basis of a written request from the buyer. Transport costs are borne by the Seller. Fuel is supplied by specialised vehicles tanker provided by the vendor. Deliveries time and location: From the date of completion of the contract for a period of 36 months or until the expiry of the projected value, which occurs on the first day. On the basis set out in point (b) of paragraph 1 of this Article, delivery of the fuel without payment of any payment is made by the supplier, but the remaining fuel is to be delivered within a period not exceeding 10 days from the date on which the delivery of a new fuel is made, but within the time limit specified in the contract (i.e.e., the time of delivery of any delivery of which is not less than 10 days, in the order of the delivery period specified in paragraph 1b) is not to be specified in point of the calendar.
