1. The subject of the order is the supply of desktop computers, hereinafter referred to as equipment, for organizational units of the University of Gdańsk with option rights. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Classification Code: 30213300-8 (desktop). 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - description of the subject of the order. 4. Places of equipment delivery: 1) University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Social Sciences, Institute of Psychology, ul. prof. Marii Janion 3, 80-309 Gdańsk, room C 325 - desktop computer line C1 – 1 pc; 2) University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Biology, Department of Vertebrate Ecology and Zoology, ul. Wita Stwosza 59, 80-308 Gdańsk, room C 327 - desktop computer line C2 - 1 pc., 3) University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Biology, Department of Evolutionary Genetics and Biosystematics, ul. Wita Stwosza 59, 80-308 Gdańsk, room B 108, and desktop computer line D3 – 1 pc.; 4) University of Gdańsk, Center for Physical Education and Sports, ul. Marii Janion 4, 80-309 Gdańsk, room 30 - desktop computer line B – 11 pcs.; 5) University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Modern Languages, ul. Wita Stwosza 55, 80-308 Gdańsk, room 1.13 - desktop computer line B – 4 pcs.; 6) University of Gdańsk, Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology UG and MUG, Department of Protein Biochemistry, ul. Abrahama 58, 80-307 Gdańsk, room 206 - desktop computer line C1 - 1 pc. The place of delivery of equipment for the order covered by the option right is dedicated office service points of organizational units, indicated in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. Therefore, when pricing the offer, the Contractor should take into account the addresses of the organizational units indicated by the Ordering Party in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. 5. The order includes the delivery of desktop computers to the places indicated by the Ordering Party in the following quantities: 1) for the basic order: 19 desktop computers, 2) for the order covered by the option right: a maximum of 19 desktop computers. 6. The Ordering Party has the opportunity to exercise the option right to increase the quantity of equipment ordered under the basic order, on the terms and in the manner described below: 1) The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of ordering the Contractor under the option right within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract by submitting to the Contractor a written declaration of will to activate the option, specifying the quantity and type of equipment indicated by the Contractor in the offer form - Annex No. 1 to the contract, 2) the value of the equipment ordered under option rights will be consistent with the unit prices indicated by the Contractor in the offer form - Annex No. 1 to the contract, 3) deadline for completion of the order covered by the option right: up to 60 days from the date of placing the order covered by the option right by the Ordering Party, in accordance with § 6 section 5 of the draft contract - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, 4) exercising the option right does not constitute an amendment to the contract, the Contractor is not entitled to any claim against the Ordering Party if the Ordering Party does not exercise the option right - the decision to implement the order covered by the option right is a unilateral right of the Ordering Party, 5) the provisions of the draft contract (Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ) regarding the basic order apply to the order covered by the option right, unless otherwise stated. 7. Details regarding the guarantee are included in § 7 of the draft contract - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 8. In the description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, the Ordering Party described the requirements for management systems relating to the production process of the offered equipment by reference to the standards indicated in Table 1, point 14 of the description of the subject of the order. In each case where these standards are indicated in the content of the SWZ, including in the annexes to the SWZ, it should be understood that such an indication is accompanied by the words or equivalent. Thus, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to the standards indicated in Table 1, point 14 of the description of the subject of the contract, in accordance with Art. 101 section 4 and 5 Pzp. The concept of equivalence should be understood as meaning that the offered equipment comes from production covered by an implemented and up-to-date management system that meets the requirements specified in Table 1, point 14 of the description of the subject of the order to an equivalent extent. The equivalent solutions used must correspond in type and scope to the purposes served by the standards referred to in Table 1, point 14 of the description of the subject of the contract. 9. Due to the fact that various equivalent proposals are allowed, the Contractor is required to verify and treat all solutions as interconnected. Demonstrating equivalence, i.e. meeting the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the description of the subject of the order to an equivalent extent, is the responsibility of the Contractor. If equipment is offered from production covered by a management system compliant with an equivalent standard or another solution equivalent to the standards indicated in Table 1, point 14 of the item descriptionorder, the Contractor is obliged to indicate this solution in point 5 of the offer form, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, provide information about the offered equivalent solution, justification of its equivalence and evidence confirming its equivalence. The Ordering Party will not reject the Contractors offer just because the offered equipment does not come from production covered by management systems compliant with the standards indicated in Table 1, point 14 of the description of the subject of the order, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular by means of evidence referred to in Art. 104 - 107 Pzp, that the proposed solutions equally meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in Table 1, point 14 of the description of the subject of the contract (Article 101(5) of the Pzp).
