Czechia – Various medicinal products – Medicinal preparations containing the active substance Pertuzumab and trastuzumab

The subject of the public contract is the ongoing supply of medicinal products containing the active ingredient: - Pertuzumab 600MG and trastuzumab 600MG in a 10ML vial - Pertuzumab 1200MG and trastuzumab 600MG in a 15ML vial (hereinafter referred to as "medicinal preparations" or "goods"). The specification of the required medicinal product is given in the ZD and in the price offer form, which is Annex No. 2 of this ZD. Continuous supplies of medicinal products will be carried out on the basis of partial orders issued according to the current needs of the contracting authority for a period of two years from the date of entry into force
