Czechia – Construction work – Object no. 2 - Institution of Nobles - repair of facade and roof and repair of street and courtyard facades

The subject of this public contract is the execution of construction works consisting mainly, but not exclusively, of the repair of the outer shell of the entire building no. 2 (from the Southern Gardens, from Jiřské Street and U Sv. Jiří Square, as well as the courtyard facades and the restoration of the courtyard of the Rožmberk Palace) including the replacement of the existing covering and the repair of the chimneys within reach. Part of the work is the execution of repairs to adjacent buildings as detailed in the Tender Documentation.
