AGREEMENT – FRAMEWORK FOR THE PROVISION OF CONNECTION COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES LOT 3 - Standard dark fiber connections G.652, G.657, G.655
G.652, G.657, G.655 standard dark fiber connections will be purchased (LOT 3) - CPV code 72318000-7, necessary for connecting the users terminal points to the presence points of the Special Telecommunications Service. The acquisition will materialize by concluding a framework agreement for a period of 48 months, with all economic operators declared admitted following the application of the award criteria. The minimum and maximum quantities of dark fiber standard G.652, G.657, G.655 connections (LOT 3) estimated to be purchased during the framework agreement are a minimum of 1 connection - a maximum of 150 connections. The minimum and maximum quantities of dark fiber standard G.652, G.657, G.655 connections (LOT 3) to be purchased within a single subsequent contract are a minimum of 1 connection - a maximum of 38 connections. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract, determined based on the maximum quantities estimated to be purchased within a single subsequent contract, specified above, is 174,420.00 euros without VAT for LOT 3. During the development of the framework agreement, it is estimated that subsequent contracts will be awarded, as follows: 10 subsequent contracts in the year 2024, 10 subsequent contracts in the year 2025, 11 subsequent contracts in 2026 and 12 subsequent contracts in 2027.
