The agreement concerns procurement via e-commerce of food and beverage purchases, where the Municipality must be able to order for delivery to the physical addresses of the Municipality's institutions and departments and for Click-and-Collect in one of the Supplier's stores located in Helsingør Municipality. In addition, the Municipality must be able to use the Supplier's physical stores located in Helsingør Municipality for urgent purchases. Excluded from the offer are: Food purchases, where the purchasing needs of institutions and departments generally exceed DKK 1,500 per delivery.
