Czechia – Television and audio-visual equipment – DNS for the supply of AV technology for JU

The subject of public contracts awarded in the DNS will be the supply of audiovisual equipment defined by the CPV codes mentioned in Article 4, within the scope and in accordance with the tendering conditions of individual calls for tenders in the DNS according to § 141 of the Act. The subject of individual public contracts awarded in DNS, including technical, commercial and contractual conditions, will always be defined in detail in the call for tenders in accordance with Section 141 of the Act. The specific specification of the subject of performance will always be defined in the procurement documentation for the relevant public order entered in DNS and will be part of the purchase contract.
