BUILDING MODIFICATIONS + EXTENSION OF BUILDING NO. 1370
The subject of the performance of the public contract consists of construction works and technological measures leading to savings at the fitness centre building. This involves minor dispositional solutions for the vestibule corridor and reception, a change in the functionality of rooms No. 101-106 on land parcel No. 671 in the cadastral area of UH-Mařatice, and furthermore, an entrance will be newly added to the front part of the building. The aim of the project is to reduce the energy intensity of the building through thermal insulation of the building envelope, replacement of windows and doors, insulation of the roof, installation of a photovoltaic power plant, installation of forced ventilation with heat recovery, installation of cooling, replacement of the heating and domestic hot water source, and installation of new LED luminaires.
The technical basis for the preparation of the suppliers tender is the project documentation prepared by the persons responsible for the preparation of the technical bases, see Section 1.3 of the tender documentation. According to this project documentation, the construction is divided into construction objects as follows:
• Electrical engineering,
• Roof structure including thermal insulation,
• Steel structure - entrance part,
• Fillings of building openings (part of the building construction part),
• Building construction part,
• PV system,
• Lighting technical calculation (part of electrical installation),
• Air conditioning with heat recovery,
• Gas consumption equipment, sanitary installations, heating.
The requirements regarding the scope of the subject of performance are specified in detail in the technical bases, which are Annex No. 1 to the tender documentation – Project Documentation, in the schedule of construction works, supplies and services with a quantity survey, which is Annex No. 2 to the tender documentation, and further in the commercial terms of the public contract – Contract for Work, which forms Annex No. 3 to the tender documentation.
