Cleaning services for De Lijn buildings

This assignment concerns the integrated delivery of cleaning services for De Lijn's depots, line shops and administrative buildings. The services include regular cleaning, periodic maintenance tasks, interventions in the event of incidents, as well as glass and facade cleaning. Implementation takes place within a performance-oriented framework, with compliance with pre-determined SLA obligations. The traveler is central to De Lijn's business model. A clean and orderly infrastructure contributes directly to both the daily customer experience and the general safety perception. The provided cleaning services must therefore be organized in a high-quality, continuous and reliable manner. The assignment includes all activities necessary for the provision of environmentally responsible cleaning services in the buildings, windows, glass surfaces, skylights and garage doors of the head office in Mechelen and the operating infrastructure in the five Flemish provinces. The assignment is divided into four lots: • Lot 1: Cleaning of buildings, depots, line shops and cleaning windows, glass areas and other structures at height in the Antwerp region • Lot 2: Cleaning of buildings, depots and cleaning windows, glass areas and other structures at height in the West and East Flanders region • Lot 3: Cleaning Lijn shops and buildings in the De Kust region (*): reserved for social employment - custom companies • Lot 4: Cleaning of buildings, depots, line shops and cleaning of windows, glass areas and other structures at height in the Limburg and Flemish Brabant region (*): the buildings and line shops reserved for social employment are proposed in the specifications phase
