The Republic of Madagascar has received funding from the World Bank to finance the implementation of the Madagascar Drinking Water Access Improvement Project (PAAEP-UGP MEAH), and intends to use part of this credit to make payments under the contract, subject of this Notice. The UGP PAAEP-MEAH solicits offers in closed envelopes from eligible bidders meeting the required qualifications for the supply and delivery of IT consumables for the project. The quotation request files (RF) in French are available on the project website mentioned below, and are accessible to all eligible and interested bidders. The procedure will be conducted by a request for quotation as described in the “Procurement Regulations by Borrowers seeking Investment Project Financing (IPF), from the World Bank, dated July 2016, updated in September 2023 (5th edition) and open to all bidders from eligible countries.
