The main stages of providing the systematic registration services consist of: organizing systematic cadastral works, land recognition, preparation of the preliminary report, public information campaign, identification of the boundaries of the buildings located in Spantsov, establishment of the limits of the intersectional buildings, establishment and updating of the cadastrals, preparing the buildings excavation file, identifying the owners and collecting the documents, preparations of the technical data of the land register, publication of the official technical document, rectification of cadastrally updated documents, rectifications of cadastrual documents.
