Description & Project Overview
The subject of the public contract is the realization of the event "VD Kolín, reconstruction of guard building No. 85", which will deal with the overall reconstruction of the operational building, which previously served as a guard building at the Kolín lock. The construction work will consist of rebuilding the layout for new offices, archive, warehouse, new fillings for window openings, floors, new roofing, electrical installation will also be installed, and the building will also be insulated. A water/water heat pump is proposed for heat supply, a recuperative ventilation unit will be installed in the 2nd floor, and a total of 28 photovoltaic panels (approx. 12.8 kWp) will be placed on the building.
