Description & Project Overview
The subject of the construction is the construction of the first stage of the road I/45, which is a first-class road with a length of approx. 5.0 km in category S 11.5/90, which is connected at both ends to the existing road I/45. The crossing of road I/45 in the section between Nový Heřminovy and the village of Zátor is an investment prompted by the proposal for flood protection measures in Horní Opava and the Nová Heřminovy Water Works. The existing road will be interrupted after the implementation of the waterworks and will be in the area of the flood. For this reason, it is necessary to move the I/45 road above the flood level of the Nové Heřminovy reservoir, the construction of the I/45 road therefore solves the relocation of the existing road
